After trying to integrate the latest schemas in our 2.x trunk, I have found
various issues, mostly related to extensibility of the new OASIS 1.1 draft
schema. I'm reporting these issues back to the OASIS specification group, and
will be holding off on committing these changes as I can't get a clean build
even with several workarounds on our side. I'll use this jira to track
progress...
