If these questions are directed to me, I can only answer them as a ASF
committer of the other projects:
1. Don't know - I'm not aware of them being published or not
2. Since the 1.6 release was voted for, the tag was created for the sources. I
don't think you have to call a vote for releasing the sources since they've
already been blessed by the Tuscany PMC.
