The travel sample "jumpstart" launcher currently uses LauncherUtil to locate
the contribution. This isn't appropriate for the "jumpstart" scenario which is
supposed to show the smallest and simplest code to run a Tuscany application.
Removing LauncherUtil from "jumpstart" also means that the "jumpstart" launcher
needs to be removed from the travel sample binary distribution, because it will
no longer work when run from the distribution directories.
