Attachment: 3530-1.patch
Changes sufficient to pass the assembly tests re. property type checking. Still
need to add in element type checking and take account of property type
multiplicity. We will probably want to talk about the extra base dependencies
this implies also.
I can't check this in yet as it will cause nearly all the otests to fail due to
a widespread fault in the way that property types have been specified.
