When launcher-embedded-jse runs on my linux box it fails with a "port already
in use" error. The failure is caused when the two binding-rmi contributions are
loaded by separate nodes. I suspect the underlying cause i TUSCANY-3565 which
is exposing resources on 8080 be default. When two nodes try to do it there
will be a clash. Don't know that for sure though hence the separate JIRA.
