I was digging around to try to find out how to do this and found that
the apache repository faq [1] refers to the infrastructure jira 1896
[2] which has a new subtask created by Ant for tuscany's use of Nexus.
I know nexus has been discussed before, but I don't have a well
formed idea of what it means for us to use nexus in our build/release
processes. It seems from the thread I folowed that moving our maven
artifacts to the apache repo requires getting the Nexus story sorted
first; is this correct?
