I think that for the composite listed here, Tuscany is behaving correctly and
it is the composite that is in error.
The problem is with the declaration of the binding.jms element (as indicated in
the exception).
There is no element type: tuscany:binding.jms
binding.jms is defined by the OASIS SCA specifications and so is declared in
the main SCA namespace:
xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/sca/200912";
Thus, the declaration of the binding.jms element in the composite should look
like:
