This raises the question as to the Quality of the Javadoc in Tuscany.
In my experience, a lot of Javadoc for open source projects contains so little useful information
that it is almost useless. (Perhaps I should expect some rocks to be lobbed my way for such a
statement, but it is my experience.).
I'd want to be sure that the Tuscany Javadoc is worth having before we spend time on adding the
Javadoc to the release.
