Maybe you already have the required resource in your repo? It could
just be that a servers down somewhere. I'll give it another go a
little later.

Sorry, my fault, and fixed in SVN r988626.
I committed out the python implementation build for now as the jython
dependency is not available in a central Maven repo yet and needs to be
installed in the local repo manually (see the jython-install script [1]).
