Its fine for things like jaxws annotations in existing class be taken
into account by the ws binding, but it wouldn't be fine if the ws
binding didn't work unless you used jaxws annotations. The same
applies to jaxrs, so if binding.rest requires jaxrs annotations then
imho we should consider if it wouldn't be better as an implementation
instead like the existing implementation.jaxrs.
