The Maven plugin does not include support for the namespaceInfo parameter to
XSD2JavaGenerator.
org/apache/tuscany/sdo/generate/XSD2JavaGenerator.java allows a parameter
-namespaceInfo to select package prefixes for different namespaces. This was
introduced in TUSCANY-1233
However, the Maven plugin org/apache/tuscany/sdo/plugin/ does not support this
parameter.
