Interestingly, with that change those failing tests work fine within
eclipse its just running with mvn that they fail, and updating mvn so
surefire uses forkmode of never to try and debug them and they start
working fine too. So it looks like the problem is something to do with
the way Tuscany is fiddling about with the classloaders.
