Remove explicit dependencies on things included in Java 6

The Tuscany pom.xml files include many dependency definitions for things that
are included in Java 6, as Tuscany now has a prereq of Java 6 those dependency
definitions should not be there and having them causes duplications and
problems in the distribution build.
Things that can be removed are:
stax-api
geronimo-stax-api_1.0_spec
wstx-asl
jaxb-api
jaxb-impl
jaxws-api
saaj-api
jsr181-api
jsr250-api
