This looks good to me so +1. A couple of issues: - I couldn't find your signing key in a public key server, have you uploaded it anywhere? - there are some testing artifacts in the staging repo we don't really need and which could be deleted - the ones from distribution\tomcat\testing, you could just delete them from the staging repo now.
