I have contacted all initial committers with your instructions to join the
lists and submit ICLAs.
So far I see 3 have gone through the motion: Jonny (Jonathan Rhea), Steven, and
Mihail. The last 2 have been notified to private. I don’t want to leave Jonny
in limbo.
