Nice job, Antoine! FYI - I don't know that we need to make a distinction between committer and PMC in a podling. In fact, I'm not sure there is a PMC - I believe that all committers are assumed to be part of the PPMC (Podling PMC) and generally role into PMC members upon graduation unless they opt-out.
