He is on the initial committers list and I added him to the PPMC in Whimsy. [1] You can go ahead and do the same in the tuweni.xml file. BTW - there are now 5 PPMC members who have yet to subscribe to private@tuweni. If these individuals wish to just be Committers and not PPMC members then please say so.
