The test that is failing, I cannot figure out what is the issue. The fail is in [EthereumClientRunTest.kt](https://github.com/apache/incubator-tuweni/blob/main/eth-client/src/integrationTest/kotlin/org/apache/tuweni/ethclient/EthereumClientRunTest.kt) line 34, which is where the function startTwoClientsAndConnectThem is declared. I read through the test, but cannot figure out what is wrong. The test simply says, "TODO make sure the connection happens!"
