Tuweni tested with upgrading Besu.
I observed a few things:
* Tuweni no longer depends on Guava. Some of Besu libraries broke snd needed an 
explicit import of Guava.
* Tuweni upgraded its antlr version for vulnerability reasons. Besu had trouble 
with that and needed a few upgrades to follow along.

Otherwise, no problems!
