I spent some time to modifying the project structure make maven site plugin
works for us, including renaming all sub-module directory to "twill-*" to match
with artifact names, configuring the site report plugin and also applying skins.
All the works has been pushed to a branch called "site" in the git repo. I
suggest we could build our web-site and documentations on top of that, which I
found it is pretty common for other incubator projects.
