Hi Tim,

Yes, I'm trying to use just the UNO project for several internal
designs. Standalone UNO project would be very helpful.
Any help I could help with? For example on the windows side, it would
helpful to have solution or projects using Visual studio to help make it
easier for beginners to test projects and examples instead of makefile
hassles.
a sample project for Visual studio and a short description how you can
integrate the URE is of course always welcome. The gnu makefiles are
platform independent and reduce the maintenance effort on our side. I
agree that a close integration in different IDE's would be really
helpful and i think that can be a great start for contribution. People
who are familar with their prefered IDE, can provide sample projects and
short descriptions how they integrate the URE or also the SDK stuff.
This kind of info will be placed on the web page and will probably help
to get started.

or even use VS.C++ express for trying out packages.
