I have an OOo 1.1.3 linux installation that won't install python components, not
even
the hello-world component.
It says:

In fact, I was very surprised to see that, in that installation and also in my
1.1.5 windows installation, indentation is rather erratic in pythonloader.py,
which however does not seem to disturb the windows version....
Right now, I am trying to reindent the code ans see what happens. Anyway, isn't
that strange? Is there a patch already?
