[Note : I made a mistake previously and sent this message to dev@
instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sorry for the duplicate post.]

Hi all!

First of all, sorry if this question is out of the scope of this list,
and if so please tell me to which list I should post (even though
while browsing the list archives, it looks like the right place).

Anyway, here's what I would like to do :
- Open .ott files (could be MSO .dot files too, but I'd rather stick
to OpenDocument)
- Look for the text fields, and fill them in
- Save as PDF
- All should preferably, though not necessarily, work in the
background, without opening an OOo window (opening an soffice process
is ok).

Are there standalone libraries to carry out these tasks, in the same
way Apache POI does with .doc and .xls files? Could you point me to
some sample codes? I got the OOo developer's guide, but found it
really overwhelming.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Cheers,
alexis
