I submitted issue 68848 (Function "SaveDataToFile" in Basic library
"Tools" is unsafe) to ih for this issue. The target is OOo 3.0. If
anybody thinks he can fix it within a closer target he is welcome to
take over the bug.

This is the file where I would change a line:-)
