As part of CWS sb23, I removed some dead stuff from the UNO Remote Protocol (URP):

- The special messages acquire and getProperties.
- The properties BridgeId, SupportedVersions, SupportsMultipleSynchronous, TypeCacheSize, OidCacheSize, TidCacheSize, Version, FlushBlockSize, OnewayTimeoutMUSEC, ForceSynchronous, ClearCache.
At least "ForceSynchronous" was quite useful when debugging remote scenarios with async requests.

- ForceSynchronous semantics are on by default for quite a while now, anyway.
I forgot about that ...

- Even when it was switched on explicitly (e.g., for debugging), it was only switched on for each end of the bridge individually, not negotiated across the bridge. And for doing that, no bridge protocol was necessary.
Understood.
