1  You should not include _DYNAMIC, _GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_, 
_PROCEDURE_LINKAGE_TABLE_ in the Solaris mapfile; the linker treats them 
specially, anyway.

2  Do we want that GetVersionInfo stuff?  (It appears some mapfiles 
export it, others don't.)  What was it good for again?
