I'm totally for this solution
the main drawback for me is

* (cannot be changed, as python does not have a classloader
concept): Two independend uno packages from different developers may
interfere each other, when they have name clashes in their code (e.g.
same 3rd party product, but different versions)."
But as it solves a lot of use-cases, i'm for it
Any volunteer for having a look at
