* Remove from incubator reporting schedule - already done (by Jukka Zitting
4/2010)
* Update Projects in Incubation table - move to graduated
* Remove entry from right side panel on incubator website
* Tidy the project status page
* After release as non-incubator, removing current incubator releases (will
still be available in archive) and updating uima download page to reflect this.
* Verifying that confluence commit msgs are going to the right mailing list
