uimaj-as-activemq pom has a dependency on uimaj-examples which is dependent on
uimaj-cpe, vinci and other poms which are not necessary to build
uimaj-as-activemq. Add exclusion in uimaj-as-activemq pom on uimaj-examples to
remove dependency on unnecessary poms
