I saw a Jira "version" 2.3.1 Cas Editor - with no issues. Since the CAS Editor is released now with the base UIMA SDK, I removed this categorization in Jira. Issues with the CAS Editor (as well as with other base UIMA SDK tooling) are being categorized under 2.3.1SDK
