I'm noticing that the release build runs javadoc on all the components,
individually. This produces lots of "noise" in the output - warnings about
incorrect javadoc entries (e.g. @return with no arguments). More "noise" comes
from running tests where many of our tests are testing error behavior, and
cause errors on purpose- each of these producing a long stack trace. I'm
thinking of ways to reduce this "noise" so the eye can more easily pick up
anything of real consequence that is output during this process.
