uimaj-jet-expander is a utility that is run whenever the JCas gen templates
need to be regenerated from updated javajet sources . It hasn't been run since
some time in 2007, I think. Related issue UIMA-1983 caused me to update the
javajet sources and try to run it - but it had two problems.
The method for finding the included files failed - probably due to some subtle
change in how File is implemented from Java 1.5 onwards.
The Eclipse launchers for this utility assumed the files were directly in the
Eclipse workspace (which in my configuration, they are not).
