There are still a few references to ActiveMQ 4.1.1 left in various UIMA AS
scrips, UIMA AS docbook (async.monitoring.and.tunning.xml), and java code
(JmxMonitor). Grep all projects to catch all the references to 4.1.1. and
replace with 5.4.1.
