Richard Eckart de Castilho commented on UIMA-1717:
--------------------------------------------------

I made the experience that building UIMA in Hudson is a bit tricky because of
the Ant script that downloads the DocBook XSLTs for building the docs. The
first time it runs, it requires the user to accept the license agreement. The
first time I ran that Hudson got stuck at that point and started to consume
lots of resources.

> Use Apache Hudson and Nexus repository facilities

> The ASF seems to provide a continuous integration facility (c.f.
> http://wiki.apache.org/general/Hudson), as well as a Nexus Maven artifact
> repository (c.f.
> http://wiki.apache.org/portals/FrontPage/HowtoUseNexusForRelease). It would
> be great if UIMA would make use of these facilities, allowing for better
> testing as well as access to fresh snapshot artifacts. It would hopefully
> also facilitate things for people compiling UIMA or the UIMA sandbox on their
> private Hudson instances.
