Seems to work for me as well for the import-by-location case.
It would still be helpful if the CAS Viewer would also look up import-by-name
via the Java Build Path and Java Dependencies of the project containing the XMI
file if it is a Java project. Do you want to open a new issue on that as you
already want to close this one?
