I renamed the projects and packages before the import to contain our uima name
space. The dltk plugins are now named all like org.apache.uima.tm.dltk.debug,
because otherwise it would have contained a text marker mention twice, for
example: org.apache.uima.tm.dltk.textmarker.debug
This patch seems not to reflect that, and changes everything back to the
package names which still contain textmarker.
