The uima-parent-pom standard assembly for source-release in version 1 is to do
multi-module source release assemblies using a custom descriptor. For this
project, this results in an extra directory - the uima-build-resources (because
the multi-module approach inserts this directory), and the fixedVersions goes
into both places (2 times).
This will go away if we move to a standard hierarchical pom layout for the
build stuff, or if we change the source-assembly for this project to use the
standard one. For now, do the latter.
