Solrcas bin distributions include servlet-api-2.5. Tracking down
license/notice info for this. This impl seems to be part of Glassfish. This
page http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Projects/GlassFishCodeDependencies says it
is dual licensed under CDDL 1.0 and GPLv2. CDDL 1.0 is a class B license with
special notice requirements: http://apache.org/legal/3party.html.
