Incorrect address for eclipse plugin download

I went to setup the eclipse plugin following the tutorial at
http://uima.apache.org/downloads/releaseDocs/2.2.2-incubating/docs/html/overview_and_setup/overview_and_setup.html#ugr.ovv.eclipse_setup
The provided link at
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/uima/eclipse-update-site for the
addon/update failed.
I removed "incubator" and used
http://www.apache.org/dist/uima/eclipse-update-site/ instead. This seemed to
find and install the plugin correctly.
