Calibrate heuristic for dynamic anchoring for the TextMarker rule inference.
Currently, it's just log(|Type|)* ElementIndex * IndexPenalty. Run some tests
with combinations of all parameters to optimize the heuristic, e.g., how much
faster moveToNext is compared to moveToPrevious and what is the effect on the
inference.
