For what do I need the CasDocumentProvider exactly? For the special coloring
settings? I would keep the default one first and see if there are any problems.
If there are not any objections, then I start with adding the views selection,
annotationBrowser, apply, element, matched, failed, fn, fp and tp. I would also
migrate the annotationBrowser. We can remove it then later and an additional
view in the sandbox won't be a problem for now.
