ActiveMQ found an accidental LGPL dependency from Apache Camel - see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-3491
Since we have dependencies on Apache Camel and ActiveMQ, insure our
distribution doesn't have a similar issue, and if it does, fix it.
