Type System default location lookup should also look at folders

The type system default location can currently only be set on a project level.
This should be extended to folders. The parent folders of a CAS will be scanned
for a type system property, if it does not have one the scan is recursively
repeated until it reaches the project node.
With this extension a user can have multiple folders in one project and open
CAS files without choosing the type system manually every time.
