The Feature Structure view should remember the last chosen FS type

The Feature Structure view does not remember the last selected type in the
combo box when a user opens a new CAS. This means that a user always has to
re-select the type he is working with.
To fix this store the last used type in the sessions preferences, and
initialize the combo box with it when re-creating the FeatureStructureViewPage.
