I fixed two more bugs in the Cas Editor, please update
to the newest trunk version.
First bug is about duplicated action bars in the views,
and the second one about incorrect selection event processing.

Thanks, we need to fix that. I guess we have the same issue for the
new launcher plugin. I suspect we also
don't yet have them included in the update site.
