The documentation for UIMA Java SDK consists of 4 "books" plus a small
"index.html" file that links to the 4 books in html. The index.html file is
updated manually for each release, from previous copies of it on our website.
Figure out a better way to handle this little file, so there's less "manual"
operations, for the next release.
