The situation: If the user copied or moved a package, then the IDE creates one
folder for the package path instead of the JAVA-like folder structure. The
TextMarker engine, however, is not able to locate the scripts in the script
paths when the package contains dots that do not refer to a folder structure.
May be related to UIMA-2256. Renaming of packages may cause the same problem.
