The build process for creating type systems and analysis engines takes too
long. Investigate why so many scripts are selected for rebuild and if this is
necessary. Additionally, the build process itself should be improved concerning
the time it takes to build a script. This is maybe caused by the additional
builders for checking the type consistencies.
