The release notes in the source zip say they're for version 2.3.0. I suggest scanning the entire source for 2.3.0 and seeing what else might need updating.
The source zip contains both LICENSE and NOTICE (which should be the ones that apply to the source zip) and LICENSE.4sdk and NOTICE.4sdk - what are these for? I note they're different than the plain ones?
