Found a busy loop in the JmsInputChannel which continually checks the state of
the jms listener in a dedicated thread. If I remember this was put in to deal
with shutdown of AMQ4.1.1 threads which were set to run as daemon threads.
Since 4.1.1, AMQ no longer uses daemon threads so no reason to use this code.
